The Newmarket Lawn is the perfect location for a family picnic (please check out www.ellerslie.co.nz for the Club's BYO-alcohol policy) OR keep warm in one of the many rooms available in the stands!

Don't forget that if you are a Member of the Auckland Racing Club or have an Ellerslie Punters Card you are invited to attend a special luncheon in the Takanini Room where the winners of the Ellerslie Awards will be announced, a Punters Club will be running AND there will be the official unveiling of the Telecom New Zealand Derby winner's painting!
