Gala Performance: An intimate evening with Tim Beveridge and guests!
Tim Beveridge is joined by brilliant pianist Steve Small, versatile violinist Jessica Hindin, Joanne Chung Yan Shum on bass and Sharon Emirali from The Divas on vocals. At age 29, Tim played the title role in The Phantom of the Opera. His first CD went straight to gold, and he has performed with major stars and sung the national anthem for seven All Black wins, although he claims no credit! Tim is this country’s leading singer of the American songbook, in the tradition of Tony Bennett and Frank Sinatra. This concert will include such favourites as George Gershwin’s Summertime, Charles Aznavour’s She, Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Music of the Night and many more.
