Ascension Gourmet Dinner Series - The French Dinner

Each dinner features authentic dishes prepared especially by our European-trained chefs, partnered with wonderful & carefully chosen wines from Darryl & Bridget's private cellar.

Saturday 11th July – The French Dinner, celebrating 'Bastille Day'
Our Chefs will be preparing dishes based on the flavours of four distinct French regions, and Darryl will select a wine from the same region to accompany each dish. Tres bon!

Places are strictly limited and on a pre-paid basis by phoning 09-422-9601 ext 2.

Each degustation dinner includes –
Canapés & a flute of bubbles on arrival
Three individual entrée-sized courses, each specially matched with a 150ml glass of selected wine.
Dessert course to finish, matched with a 75ml glass of selected wine.

For each dinner, please arrive at 7.00pm for a 7.15pm start. Dress – smart casual.

Because we are sourcing special & fresh ingredients for these dinners, menus will not be finalized until one week prior to each dinner.
