‘nkb 1st Anniversary Exhibition’ will open with a preview from 6pm 30/07/09 and will run until 17/08/09 at the gallery premises in Mt Eden.

The showcase promises to be an exciting event with artists such as Stanley Palmer, Mary McIntyre, George Baloghy, Sylvia Siddell, Lindsey Baker, Russell Hollings, Anton Chapman, David Weir and Carl Foster all exhibiting work.

Mt Eden is an eclectic, engaging community and the creative talent derived from this small area of Auckland is extensive. In nkb’s August 2008 opening exhibition, the gallery devoted it’s space solely to a selection of Mt Eden based artists. In the year since opening nkb has exhibited paintings, sculpture and photography.
