I can't think of a better way to spend an evening in the Hawkes Bay than with great friends sharing a bottle or two of Pino Gris, and listening to the Fantastic voice of one of the worlds greatest Tenors
Hose Carreras.
For me a this would be a chance in a lifetime if I were to win.

When people review wines they talk about "notes"...e.g."oak notes", when people review music they talk about "flavour" (or flava, lol). There's a definite crossover. Maybe in heaven we'll taste music and hear flavours.

Opera touches the soul......the people who sing opera sing from their soul and spirit......Opera sends chills down my spine.....and the depth of their notes they reach.......the fullness of sound and the range of opera singers.....this seems one and the same with wine......the depth of flavour......the range of grapes......the character and flavours in the wine brings up memories of other food flavours..........

A wonderful singer will perform in Elephant Hill Estate, Hawke's Bay
A thrilling combination of wine and music I would say
Love to be part of this unique event
A great night of entertainment well spent
My husband and I are often keen on a good glass of wine
And what can be better than sipping this while listening to Jose, no, it will just be fine
In the surroundings of vineyards and under a beautiful sunset
It will be a splendid evening for all there, I bet
