Music like wine is enjoyed young with youthful spirit, sweetness and the occational bit of fizz. Time however matures the tastes for both and eventually the nature of music and wine is appreciated for it depth, diversity and harmony on the senses.

Good music, like good wine, should be enjoyed together with good friends. Add a superb venue and you have perfection.

Why do you think some Wine Shops play Classical Music? It's been proven that if this is the case the person on the lookout for a bottle of wine or two will choose an expensive wine, rather than one that's been marked down. Wine and great music makes people feel important and educated even if their just White Trash like me, but hey, who cares, all kinds of music makes people feel good about themselves. I would love to hear Jose Carreras sing because he is one of the greats and he's beaten cancer to boot.

Out perception is best colored by wine and music. When the wine and music match, both improve. When they clash, it can be awful.

Wine and music are the perfect compliment for each other. One gets you in the mood and the other keeps you in the mood and buzzing for days.

appreciation of fine wine is much like that of fine music something that appeals to a discerning person and is only emphasised by one and the other.

Wine is music to the mouth - full bodied and smooth - it shimmies down your throat in a symphony of tastebud sounds. Music cascades into the ears and into your heart - leaving an indeliable footprint in your life. Together they are what moves the heart to influence the head and bring light into a dark world.

Music and wine go together like crackers and cheese - you can't have one without the other - they complement each other perfectly. But not just any old music - it must be gentle, subtle, passionnate, but not vehement.

Why do music and wine match up so perfectly? They both scintilate the mind and the soul, conjouring up comparisons to other things. Good wine, good music, good friends, good location, what more could anyone ask for.

Music such as this is well enjoyed while relaxing with a glass of wine. Carreras is one of the greats and the whole experience of seeing him perform is well worth it.
