The 2009 Pelorus Trust Wellington Round the Bays is going to be even bigger and better than ever. The 7km event starts at Frank Kitts Park and winds around the bays to Kilbirnie Park where there will be plenty of entertainment for the whole family.
This year we have added an exciting new race, the New Balance Half Marathon. The course will take in some of Wellington’s most beautiful bays, continuing on the Round the Bays theme to take you around Shelly Bay and turning just before Scorching Bay. The run will finish at Kilbirnie Park with the other participants.
It’s never too early to start training for this event so get your running shoes on today.
Start times:
8:45am for Half Marathon – runners only
9:20am for 7km Runners
9:30am for 7km Walkers
