Get excited people - A day of epic live music, stalls, sunshine and beaches is heading the Kapiti Coast's way . . . bring on The Pickle Pot Fiesta!

Taking place at our much loved Queen Elizabeth Park the Pickle Pot Fiesta will answer the endless call of the locals and deliver a truly special day of all things glorious.

Famous for some jiving festivals in the early eighties The Pickle Pot natural amphitheater has a vibrant history and is known for its great sound and its innate ability to get people grooving the long summers day away.

The Pickle Pot Fiesta '09 will build on the venues authentic and iconic history, keeping the style consistent with its traditional feel-good atmosphere, great original music, old fashioned ticket prices and a classic un-commercial vibe.

There's an epic line up of music in store, including the highly acclaimed groove-friendly crew of Olmecha Supreme, the phenomenal live Sheba Williams with The Afrobombastic Allstars, our local funk, soul and rock'n'rollers The Volunteers, and a wild German DJ/musician/performer by the name of Bonaparte (seriously not to be missed!) + many other great live bands including Supermodel, The Curtain Shop Symphony and Roy G and the BIVinators as well as fresh and funky Wellington DJ's to keep ya head bopping in between sets.
