The New Zealand Painting and Printmaking Award continues to attract artists from throoughout New Zealand, competing for the prize of $15,000 donated by the Phillip Vela Family Trust. We are proud to present an exhibition of selected finalists.
The judge this year is Dr. Robin Woodward from Auckland University, who will announce the winner at the Gala Champagne Award Opening from 6pm on Friday the 20th of February in the Hamilton Gardens Pavilion.
Enjoy a delicious three course dinner and luscious live jazz by duo Jazzabelle at the Garden Terrace Restaurant after the award opening.
The exhibition will be open from Sunday 22 February for free public viewing.
