The Big Muffin Serious Band has been playing around New Zealand since 1993. The ukulele and one string tea-chest bass are among their instruments of choice and are reinforced with such time-honoured instruments as the the child's plastic saxophone, carrot kazoo, and hedge clippers. No popular music is safe from their attention.
