Legendary and award-winning musician Don McGlashan. Following his successful tour of the United States, Don has just recently toured with Crowded House in Europe.
Don McGlashan is recognised as one of New Zealand's foremost songwriters, artists and performers with five entries in APRA New Zealand's Top 100 Songs of All Time. His career spans from the seminal post-pop-punk band Blam Blam Blam, to art experimentalists The Front Lawn, to platinum selling and internationally recognised popular band The Mutton Birds".
Kea Conservation Trust and Amphibian Ark International Year of the Frog, in support of native frogs (New Zealand). Funds raised for Kea Conservation Trust will be used to help remove lead from South Island Buildings where kea occur. Funds raised for frogs will help support the Amphibian Ark International Year of the Frog campaign - a global initiative in response to the current amphibian crisis.
