Jackson Browne has been described as the ultimate LA singer-songwriter. Since his acclaimed 1972 self-titled album, Jackson Browne has defined a genre of song-writing and performing that is charged with honesty, emotion and personal politics.

His songs have been performed by Joan Baez, The Eagles, Linda Ronstadt and The Bryds. Nico used three of his songs for her solo album Chelsea Girl. This September (08) Jackson releases his 13th studio album Time the Conqueror - produced by Jackson and Paul Dieter and released on Inside Recordings, the artist's own independent label (distributed in NZ by Shock Records) and this month he embarks on a world tour which includes New Zealand and Australlia. Accompanying Jackson on the road is his band of fifteen years: Kevin McCormick (bass), Mark Goldenberg (guitars), Mauricio Lewak (drums) and Jeff Young (keyboards, backing vocals) plus vocalists Chavonne Morris and Alethea Mills.

Singer-songwriter Toni Childs is best known for hits Don't Walk Away, Many Rivers To Cross and Stop Your Fussin'. She becamne popular in the late eighties, with her debut album Union. After a string of successes, Toni succumbed to a rare illness (Graves disease) and has spent most of the past decade recovering. She has emerged from a much too long musical exile to deliver a crucial, heartfelt message for these trying times with her new album Keep The Faith.
