Say ‘goodbye’ to 2009 and a big ‘hello’ to 2010 at our New Year’s Eve gathering in Civic Square. We’ve got some Wellington favourites gigging the night away this year. The Beat Girls will start the celebrations at 8pm with great tunes for young and old and Harbour City Electric’s soul and funk will take us through to the final act – the Hipnotics. Their set will feature lots of popular classics from the last 30 years.

Comedian Vinyl Burns is our MC for the night – he’ll have you laughing into the next decade. And don’t forget the countdown for the little ones at 9pm.
