Returning from their recent successful Summer European tour, acclaimed world music artists, Peruquois & Praful, ‘Breathing Love’ tour starts in New Zealand in December 2009.

As an expression of their devotion, the music of Chantress Peruquois and Wind instrumentalist Praful, overflows with intoxicating flavours of east and west, the magic of ancient Indian classical with the fresh refinement of jazz, weaving poetic wisdom with sacred earthly sensuality.

Peruquois slowly and melodiously calls to the very core of our being.  Her voice has turns and twists like a beautiful stream and the depth and range of a great river.  United with Praful’s masterful Bansuri flute and saxophone, their music is a harmonious alchemy, inviting us to unlock the vital passion in our hearts and wake up to our full human potential.

Breathing Love is more than a concert. It is not just a musical experience. It is a mystical experience.

"Very beautiful. You really have your own sound … Beautiful combination, the two of you create. Makes me think of the Deepak Chopra’s Tantra CD...all very tantric.  A New Age Hit ! Guaranteed! …"
-Maneesh de Moor – producer (of Prem Joshua, Deva Premal & Miten)

“Tremendously beautiful and deeply touching"
-Eckhart Tolle  from Praful's live concert

"The CD you and Praful made is amazing and we are using it in every tantric event we have. Your voice, sensuous, deep and inviting, the poetry in the texts and Prafuls exquisite music is such a wondrous combination and perfect to bring peoples into the space of tantric meditation and love exploration"
-Charlotte Ericsson - Tantra Teacher, Sweden

Peruquois, diversely trained in Jazz, Native American, Middle Eastern and Classical Indian, touches and inspires audiences with her powerful, healing voice. She has released 4 solo albums and is an international workshop teacher of sacred chant and voice
Praful, Indian Flute & Sax player, is a pioneer in the world music community.Embracing a rich variety of cultures, his music creates a space in which its healing powers can transform the listener. He is world renowned for his 5 solo albums and his work as a composer/producer for Deva Premal.
