Acoustic Country Sunday's Annual Christmas Show.

Sunday, 6th December 2009. Mark your calendars and plan on being a part of an awesome day!

For the last few years we've been collecting canned food items and toys for the missions. They've always expressed their gratitude but asked that we get them the donations earlier so that they can have them packed, distributed and delivered before Christmas. So, this year we're having our show earlier on December the 6th to get the goodies to the right places in time for good tidings and cheer.

Guest artists have been invited for the occasion. So, all we need to do now is get the word out.

Be sure to bring a canned food item or a wrapped toy to go in the draw for some prizes and goodies on the day. NB: (Please label any wrapped toys to let Santa's helpers know who would most enjoy the item: i.e. what age and boy or girl).

JamesRAy and a weekly featured guest artist perform every Sunday from 12-3pm. (Check the JamesRAy.co.nz website for this weeks featured guest artist)

JamesRAy and a featured guest performer have entertained the most supportive bunch of country music fans in Auckland at Bar Africa for over four years now making it officially the longest running live acoustic country music show in Auckland.

Special guests have included: Kevin Greaves, Chet O'Connel, Brendon Ham, Marian Burns, Tami Neilson, Michael Tipping & Ashely Cooper, Dave Khan, Craig Denham, Micheal Young, Trevor Stevens, Clark Reid, Paul Symons, Ross Tizard and many more. There is most always a surprise artist or two as well.

Acoustic Country Sundays has proven to be a great afternoon of free family entertainment providing folks with a full on menu of food and drink.

When the weather is right it's a great day outside and covered and if it's cool, wet or windy there's always plenty of room inside with a fireplace.

With more parking than you could ever hope for there's always a parking place just for you.

Plan on being there this Sunday and bring the whole family for lunch and a great afternoon of classic and contemporary acoustic country music.
