Come and join us in the Hastings City Center for a fun family Big Spender Carnival and Busking Festival. There will be free face painting, a free bouncy castle, Cherry the Clown, The Great Wardini Magician, fun competitions and loads of entertainment. Even a guest appearance by Santa and Debbie Harwood! We will also be giving away our 12 massive prizes including the brand new Kia Picanto car. Make sure you spend $20 or more in Hastings before then to get your entry in the draw!
