Speak Up, Speak Out workshop is for Wellingtonian professionals who need to get their mojo back, lift their game plan and re-claim their voice and energy. Held by business coach Denise Gluyas, the workshop will help people confront their own timidity and self-consciouness and convert it into assertive action in their professional and personal lives.

Denise will inspire attendees to:

• Take charge of their lives and make positive change happen
• Not be nice all the time
• Speak up, speak out and be heard
• Confront internal ‘mind speak’ and deal with it
• Learn that it is OK to say no and disagree (and how to do that well)
• Manage conflict

Denise will create a fun, engaging, interactive and honest atmosphere where attendees learn to how to turn negatives into positives.
