NZIPP Professional Photography Exhibition

The award winning work of New Zealand’s top professional photographers will be on display for the first time in Wellington during this exhibition.

The photographs have received either a gold, silver or bronze medal in the 2009 Epson/NZIPP Iris Professional Photography Awards. The awards are the only of its kind and are run by the New Zealand Institute of Professional Photography (NZIPP) which is the only qualifying body for professional photographers in the country.

The awards are being judged and exhibited during the NZIPP’s annual Infocus conference being held in Wellington from 20th - 25th August.

Those with a keen interest in photography can check out the NZIPP website for information on other free activities which they can attend at the conference such as print judging, a trade show, and seminar.

More than 1,000 prints are entered each year from hundreds of professional photographers throughout New Zealand into either the wedding, wedding album, people, editorial/illustrative, student/assistant, landscape, commercial or creative categories.
