Stealing Games is a compelling theatrical experience, dealing with the privatisation of children’s play.

In Stealing Games private playgrounds are built, and children’s own communities come under threat. We follow the story of four young people facing moral and personal challenges for the first time, and watch them successfully defend their right to have a say.

Gary Henderson’s exciting new play explores themes especially relevant to Values and Key Competencies and the Health and Physical Education, Social Sciences and Arts learning areas.

The highly physical nature and perfectly pitched humour in Stealing Games offers an immediately engaging, relevant experience for young audiences.
