Whero Mahana is in London, a young kiwi musician chasing a dream far away from home. As the lines between her past and present fracture, Whero is forced to confront what she has sacrificed to follow her dreams.
From the Bruce Mason Award winning writer of Te Karakia, Whero’s New Net comes to The PumpHouse following an acclaimed season at the EDGE in 2008. Massive Company’s recent work includes The Girls Show, Up Close Out Loud and The Sons of Charlie Paora. This will be Massive’s first season at The PumpHouse.
By arrangement with Playmarket.
"Whero's New Net will be a New Zealand classic. Be one of the first to see it" - Renee Laing, Lumiere Reader
