Joy Bell's imagination knows no bounds. She has mastered the art of mosaic in all the ways we don't expect to view them. Not a traditionalist, Joy likes to bend the boundaries and achieves greatness by just being herself. Her many works can be seen in public places as she is commissioned by Rodney District to adorn many public buildings. The most notable and newest being the toilets in Warkworth central.
