Iguaçu Restaurant and Gibbston Valley Executive Chef Mark Sage, would like to invite you to a five-course tasting journey matched with premium Gibbston Valley wines. Gibbston Valley will host the evening, which will feature some exclusive wines usually only available at cellar door. The dinner will include five courses plus six matching wines.
