We are delighted to announce, the '2009 Canterbury Bride of the Year' will be held at the one year old multi million dollar Ashburton Trust Event Centre on Saturday 10th October, 2009.

Entries are open to brides, bridesmaids and flowergirls for this prestigious event and we welcome your entry for:

2009 Canterbury Bride of the Year first, second and third places
2009 Canterbury Bride of the Year - Public Vote
2009 Canterbury Bridesmaid of the Year first, second and third places
2009 Canterbury Flower Girl of the Year first, second and third places

Featured entertainment from Amanda (Mandy) Pickering beautifully sets the scene in the evenings programme. Amanda won the 2009 Stars in Their Eyes as Sarah McLachlan for the current season.

Significant prizes in excess of $30,000 are on offer.

For one specially lucky ticket holder an audience prize valued at $6,000, 7 nights at the Pimalai Resort & Spa, a 5 Star property located in Krabi in Thailand.
