The Oceania Qualification for the 2010 World Championship of Volleyball will be held at the Te Taparaha Arena, Porirua, Wellington from April 20-24.
For the first time the New Zealand Men’s and Women’s Teams will be playing in the qualification rounds for the 2010 World championship. The first leg of the Championship is the Oceania Leg where New Zealand will play a round robin against Samoa, Fiji, and Tonga. The winner of Oceania Round 1 will travel to compete in the second leg in Taipei. In the Womens competition teams from NZ, Tonga, Samoa, Fiji and the Solomon Islands will battle to get to the next round in Kazahkstan.
