Today's event will be a Pole Grab event or a Target Drop, depending on the flying conditions. Pilots will take off from different locations around Levin at least 3 kilometres away with the aim of reaching the target in Donnelly Park, judging the wind conditions and using all their flying skill to win the prize. The best place to be will be at Donnelly Park itself from about 7:30 as the pilots make their approaches. As always the event is weather dependent - rain or strong wind means no flying will take place (check with More FM Horowhenua on 95.1 or visit http://liftofflevin.blogspot.com for flying updates).
