Faye Blais & April Maze

Faye Blais is a Canadian singer-songerwriter who plays electric and acoustic guitar. She'll open up the night with a short solo set with a sound that is often described as "indie/folk with hints of jazz." She recently completed a tour of Eastern Australia to promote her new studio release, "Two Pieces." This new album is receiving rave reviews in Australia and Canada, with one reviewer describing it as "a collection of deep, soulful songs that paint an elaborate masterpiece of life's ups and downs." Faye's voice will leave you haunted and intrigued just the same!

April Maze is a duo that deeply infuses folk, rock, blues, and reggae. With Sivan Agam on vocals, cello, lap steel, guitar, charango and bass and Todd Mayhew on vocals, guitars, harmonica and bass, these two have quite the unique sound! The two switch from instrument to instrument while harmonising on vocals, creating a constant flow of fresh sounds throughout their set. April Maze's sound is guaranteed to get the dance floor moving!
