In September we take a look at the talent emerging from the 2008 writing workshops at the IIML. This week ten writers for the page read from poetry, fiction and memoirs in progress: Lynn Jenner, Louise Wallace, Tina Makereti, Briar Grace-Smith, Sarah O’Flaherty, Francis Cooke, Heather Mackenzie, Samiha Radcliffe, Jennifer van Beynen and Catharina van Bohemen are introduced by Bill Manhire.
Writers on Mondays is presented by the International Institute of Modern Letters in partnership with the National Library of New Zealand.
These events take place at 1-2pm, at the National Library Auditorium.
They are open to the public and free of charge.
