Thames Valley host King Country in this AA Rewards Heartland Championship rugby match.
The Heartland Championship is New Zealand amateur domestic rugby. It was founded in 2006 as one of two successor competitions to the National Provincial Championship (NPC).
12 provincial teams play a two-pool round-robin competition. After pool play, the top six teams after compete for the Meads Cup and the remaining six teams competing for the Lochore Cup.
Pools were based on seedings at the end of the 2007 AA Rewards Heartland Championship.
