Craft and Quilt Fair

New Zealand’s favourite craft event is back at the Claudelands Events Centre.

The Claudelands Events Centre will be bursting at the seams with superb displays, hands-on demonstrations, seminars on new and exciting products, as well as extensive retail opportunities from some of the best specialty craft stores. There will be numerous inspirational displays and exhibitions to be admired as well as several of Australia’s best instructors and teachers, running demonstrations and interactive workshops.

One of the highlights of this year’s Fair will be the extraordinary exhibition of Japanese Textile Art.

Exclusive to the 2008 Craft and Quilt Fairs, it will feature a collection of works from some of Japan’s most talented craftspeople. The intricate detail and expertise involved in the creation of these pieces is so amazing it needs to be seen to be believed.
