The Zonta Club of Metropolitan Dunedin is part of a global organisation of women who raise funds for the betterment of women both nationally and internationally. Each year the Zonta Club of Dunedin hosts a fashion show to raise money for a nominated charity. Other recipients have included Literacy Aotearoa, Breast Cancer Awareness and the Otago Hospice.

Designers taking part in the fashion show this year include, Waugh's and Waugh's jnr, Claire Bloom, Tamsin Cooper, Joan Leach, Factor, Annah Stretton, Farry’s Men’s and Women’s, Arthur Barnett, Brent Weatherall Jewellers, STIR and Plume. The show also features collections from the popular Hokonui Awards and also clothes from 3rd year design students at Otago Polytechnic.

This year money will go toward the Otago Plunket Society in particular toward the development of progammes for women with postnatal depression.
