With their new album released on 11 August and currently at No 1 on iTunes, The Black Seeds are pleased to announce the ‘Solid Ground New Zealand Album Release Tour’.
Having just returned from a highly successful European tour which included performances at some of Europe’s biggest music festivals, The Black Seeds will take their new album out on the road this September for a 11-show nationwide tour. This will be the bands first nationwide tour since September 2007.
Solid Ground was recorded at The Surgery Studios in Newtown, Wellington with Dr Lee Prebble and is the follow-up to The Black Seeds’ third album Into The Dojo, which spent five weeks at #1 and reached well over double-platinum sales in New Zealand.
Tickets for all shows will go on sale on Monday 18 August. Tickets for the Dunedin gig can be purchased from OUSA, Real Groovy, and Amplifier. Afterparty: Refuel - featuring Downtown Brown, Mike Fabulous, Switch and KPz.
