Well it's so hard to decide whether I should win tickets for our son in Palmy or our daughter in Welly that I'm feeling blue. If one of them won, the other might feel green with envy, I'd then have to buy tickets for the one that missed out. But hey, that's what mothers are for!

I have the blues on Monday when the weekend is gone
I have the blues on Tuesday wishing the week was not so long
My Wednesdays are blue when the alarm clock rings
and the Thursdays are blues days as its blues that I sing
Friday is blue as theres no money for fun
Saturdays are blue as its rain and never sun
and when I wake for the bight sunday
its blue as it always is
as tomorrow is once again monday

the blues hit hard when it's cold and raining and i have to drag myself out of a warm bed, disrupting a warm cat and be at the gym by 6 am to greet the first "exercisors" of the day with warm enthusiasm.

Just give me the tickets dah dah de dah dah
