The Te Kuiti Arts Weekend will feature a range of arts and craft activities showcasing the creative works of local artists.
Highlights include:
The Waitomo Society of Arts Exhibition
The annual exhibition of local artists, featuring displays of quilts, paintings, needle work, pottery and more.
Location - Waitomo Cultural and Art Centre, King Street East, Te Kuiti
Entry Fee - $5.00
Friday 17 October -10.00am - 6.00pm
Saturday 18 October - 10.00am - 2.00pm
Guest exhibitors include:
- Pepe Borell - winner of the Ag Art Awards, with her flax gowns
- Rose and Bill Paul from Taumarunui - flax work
- Janice Meadows and Ruth Davy - Printmakers from Hamilton
