Location: The Lawn at Woollaston Estates.

Following the release of her book Herbert - The Brave Sea Dog, local author and illustrator Robyn Belton will talk about the book and read for an adult audience on the lawn.

Tickets include a glass of wine. Picnic box lunches ($22) should be ordered by 16 October by phoning (03) 543 2817 or email helen@woollaston.co.nz

Lunches served at 12.30pm, reading at 1.30pm.

An exhibition of the original illustrations from the book will be displayed in the Gallery at Woollaston from 18 October.
