Physiomed Women's Triathlon / Duathlon Series 2008: Event 1

This is the first event of three (5 Oct, 2 Nov, 7 Dec). Experience the thrill of taking on a challenge and then crossing the finish line of a triathlon or duathlon.

You can take part in one, two or three of the events. Experience the thrill of taking on the challenge, standing on the start line and crossing the finish line. Did you ever think you could do a triathlon or a duathlon? You can . . .

The distances for this event are:
Triathlon - swim 100metres - bike 10km - run 3km or walk 1.5km
Duathlon - run 1km or walk 500metres - bike 10km - run 3km or walk 1.5km

You can either enter the run section or walk section then we put you in 10 year age groups.

Enter now as your start time is determined by the order your entry is received.

There are spot and placing prizes plus entertainment and other competitions for your supporters and family!
