Visitors will be able to speak to the experts and get the latest information and "show only" specials from more than 150 exhibitors.

All generations will enjoy the free entertainment on the main stage, and discover the many activities to encourage healthy living . . . including Tai Chi, Yoga, Fitness Classes, Line Dancing and more . . . on stage at 11.00am and 2.00pm daily will be a Neil Diamond Tribute Show!
