Greg Johnson is coming home with a new record and tour! Greg Johnson’s eighth studio album Seven Day Cure is out on 8 September with him embarking on a national album release tour throughout October.

Seven Day Cure is just what the doctor ordered! It is full of gems featuring Greg’s insightful song writing – It is a quintessential Greg Johnson record.

Greg says “this album has taken twice as long as any previous to make simply because of the additional attention to detail and tweaking that's been going on... it is sounding stunning, the production is not only world-class but probably better than most Alien Civilizations could manage as well, certainly better than anything done by the Martian Landers.”

His first single ‘Looking Out On Monday’ is currently out on radio with a video coming soon.

Throughout October Greg will be touring his new album with his intimate and very successful – ‘The Cocktail Club’. These evenings are a great opportunity for people to experience Greg and his band in a small intimate club vibe. Rotating guests and surprises have made the evenings legendary and fondly remembered.

Seven Day Cure will be released nationwide on 8 September and tickets for the tour are on sale.

See your local retailer, music downloader or ring Ticketmaster for tickets.

Grandma's cure for hiccups: Take 1 teaspoon of vinegar. This works almost every time. If by some unhappy chance you start hiccupping again - take another teaspoon of vinegar. The hiccups will be definitely gone.

Best cure for tired bike legs - being shot in the back with a paintball gun by someone in a passing car. Really gets your blood pumping! Happened to me cycling home from work last night! Hurtled home after that. Works, but a bit painful.

my best cure, is vegemite on taost, cut into soldiers. Its great for anything - replaces B vitamins for hangover, and for a broken heart it takes you back to your childhood and the carefree life then!

Here's a few goodies for a hangover - who can go past a good old fashioned mince and cheese pie with a can of coke!!! Or another favourite is a toasted English Muffin with smoked salmon, camembert cheese, lightly grill it then add a poached egg - I know the whole fish thing seems a bit weird, but it works for me!

Got a mozzie bite or pimple or any other skin yucky - try dabbing tea tree oil on it, works everytime!

The best cure for anything is music, because if everything else fails, at least there music can either cheer you up or be as angry as you are when you are ill.

    either that or a hug

    both work for me:)

best pimple, blister, burn or general cut eliminator is Luca's Pawpaw Ointment. It honestly works wonders on a multitude of sins.

What I find great for a hangover is a hot shower and then a glass of lemonade and a couple of asparagus rolls. Sounds crazy but it always wrks for me.

Best cure for a hangover is exercise! Golf or walking.

If you suffer from frozen fingertips in winter, swing your arms around a few times like a manic windmill until you feel the blood pumping to your fingers again. If it doesn't work, it probably means you've got frost bite & will need amputation!

Apparently the best cure in this house is a sticking plaster - most miraculous. Works for the kids only, not my husband. Funny that.

Much to the amusement of my friends I often get wicked hiccups - and they're always telling me to hold my breath to get rid of them, but it never works. Instead I do exactly the opposite! Simply breathe in and out as normal, then at some random point exhale completely and... don't take the next breath. Keep your lungs empty and continue 'not taking the next breath' for as long as you are able. Since breathing is such an automatic thing, you have to really concentrate on controlling your lungs - which breaks the rhythm of the hiccup every time!

swimming or floating in a swimming pool helps a sore pregnant lower back :)

Itchy bite cure- put toothpaste on it and it dosent itch and you smell nice :)

colds, coughs ect.- Eat chillies at lest twice a week (with food) and you will have a rear chance of getting sick... the hot chillies kill most bacteria!

Everyone needs a good hangover cure - well if you did the crime, you do the time - ha ha. Cure it with a skinny dip in the big blue ocean - that will take your mind off your headache!

Got the hiccups? Get a teaspoon of white sugar and eat it. Gets rid of hiccups 90% of the time. If not repeat every 2-3 minutes!

Feeling blue? Lie back on the couch, maybe some chocolate or icecream, put your sad songs cd on, have a cry (blokes too), you'll feel better in no time, and much better for just letting it out and experiencing it instead of bottling it in :)

This sounds nuts but I swear it works. If you feel a cold coming on put Vick's vapor rub on the soles of your feet before you go to bed. I have had at least three sore throats this winter that never got past go because I do that
