This year, Style Christchurch consists of two main shows and two days worth of workshops.
The Red Dress Collection will be a non-profit venture in which designers will present a red outfit in honor of the New Zealand AIDS Foundation.
The Finale Show consists of 12 of New Zealand’s top designers who will showcase their latest collections.
Show goers can expect an international world class production, trend setting environment, networking with fashion media, designers, model scouts and inspiration to boot.
This years show also sees Koila McBride, International Fijian designer attending.
The event aims to establish Christchurch as a major New Zealand fashion destination, inspire more designers to use the city as their base and encourage young Cantabrians to take up a career in fashion.
