The charity for this year's concert is the Christchurch City Mission. All profit from the concert will be donated to help the Christchurch City Mission continue to support those less fortunate in our city. Christmas is a busy time for them so come along to the concert, enjoy an evening of great music and know your money is going to a great cause.
As always Addington presents a fantastic lineup of local talent. Our guest soloist is Chris Woolley on Trumpet, current New Zealand Champion Eb Soprano player as well as a member of both the National Youth Orchestra and the National Youth band of New Zealand.
We are also proud to be presenting Medbury School Choir singing Christmas favourites, accompanied by Addington Brass. Watch out too for the sugar plum fairies dancing across the stage.
