South African alternate metallers Seether released their US debut Disclaimer in 2002 - it captured the attention of music fans across the globe with epic riffs, thunderous rhythms and pulsating ambience.
After Disclaimer was released, the band went on a non-stop touring route in the hopes of garnering some attention, boosting record sales and getting their name recognised. Upon completing the tour, the band had planned to go into the studio and record their second release.
However, their live performances had sown the seeds and been hotly noted so, they were instead tapped to support Evanescence on a worldwide tour that postponed their recording plans for almost a year.
In their first ever tour to this part of the world Seether will explode onto NZ audiences with a preview concert in Auckland before heading down to Christchurch and Southern Amped.
