Gestalt Switch were formed in Dunedin. They play psychedelic-rock, desert-metal, angular-pop and post-punk riffs and songs. They have been around in the NZ indie scene since 2002, have toured the country countless times, and played at the Big Day Out. This is their final gig ever.
George and Queen are an Auckland indie band. Formed in 2006, they have released two albums, including The Wind is Up which was released on Gone Quiet Records in September, and distributed through universal. George and Queen are an extremely busy band - touring, recording, performing. Their latest single Lemonade went #1 on the 95bFM charts.
They will be joined by a third local band.
A must-see gig for indie fans.
