Forgotten Silver deals with the career of a supposedly forgotten pioneer of international cinema, Colin McKenzie, who was allegedly born in rural New Zealand in 1888.
We are delighted to announce that the writer and co-director Costa Botes will be joining us for the screening and will be taking questions at the end of the 53 minute screening.
Come and see (or revisit) why 400,000 people watched Sunday Theatre on 29 October 2005, and why there was such a passionate out pour of opinions!
This great NZ film marks the last screening of the 2008 DOCNZ Focus nights, which has included Hoop Dreams and Rock and Roll Nerd. Tickets are available on www.docnz.org.nz or on the night.
