We're holding a documentary film festival at the historic Deluxe Cinema in Opotiki.
Seven exceptional documentaries highlight serious issues facing our world -- the end of cheap oil, mindless urban sprawl, dodgy Chinese labour practices, utterly corrupt banks, and corporations running amok.
Entry is by koha for all screenings.
After Friday's screening of "Bamako" there's dinner and a bit of a discussion at a restaurant in town. We hope you can make it (venue TBC).
