An exploration of French music, presenting some of Steven Isserlis' favourite composers and some of the most beautiful works in the French chamber-music repertoire.
Isserlis is renowned for his ingenuity in programming and for drawing the audience into his circle of chamber-music friends. For this concert he is joined by musical colleagues including friend and long-time collaborator Melyvn Tan, co-concert master of the Melbourne Symphony Wilma Smith and violist Caroline Henbest.
