Wellington is the home of the first international chapter of the female-only cult phenomenon known as Dance Dance Party Party! Unlike typical workout or dance classes, Dance Dance Party Party has no instructors, no fitness goals, and nothing to prove. There is only one rule in the studio – no judgment.
The set-up is simple: an hour and a half of booty-busting tunes, a dance studio with the lights turned low and women willing to let go. At Dance Dance Party Party, you are free to goof around, shake your body without objectification and feel good about who you are.
