Waikato Rugby Union host the second New Zealand based game in this year’s IRB Pacific Nations Cup – NZ Maori v Manu Samoa.
NZ Maori are our new representatives in this competition, having taken the place of the New Zealand Juniors, winners of the 2006 and 2007 Cups.
Teams involved in the six team competition include: Australia A, Fiji, Japan, Manu Samoa, New Zealand Maori, Tonga.
The end of the game is timed to allow spectators time to get home to watch the All Blacks play England in the Iveco Series Test in Christchurch.
