Liam Finn – ‘Better To Be’ Home Soon, tour.

Supporting the US release of his stunning debut 'I'll Be Lightning", Liam has taken little time establishing himself as a true talent on the world stage. So far he has wowed audiences supporting Eddie Vedder on his recent US West Coast tour, eight critically acclaimed shows at sxsw and two sold out solo shows in LA.

Not to mention TV performances on both The Late Show: David Letterman and The Late Late Show: Craig Ferguson.

After another impressive TV performance, this time on the prestigious BBC show Later with Jools Holland, Liam becomes the most recent edition to the roster of UK label Trangressive Records; home of Foals, Iron + Wine, The Shins - being hailed by them, as "the most important signing to date".

Like "Forked Lightning" the great indian chief, we would be there in a flash...and the odds we would be able to make it without these tickets would be like the chance of getting hit by lightning (ie bugger all )..

I would love to take my daughter to this as she is in Wellington and I am in Auckland and it would be a great excuse to get together !

I'll be as lightning-like as the bolt in AC/DC or the SS's in Kiss. I'll also be pretty darn chuffed as I'm skint but loving the album. Saw Liam and AJ on Letterman and they were goo-oood.
