All You Humans Look The Same To Me

Part of the Auckland Festival of Photography 2008.

All You Humans Look The Same To Me is an exhibition of photographic portraiture and self portraiture by four contemporary artists interested in visually exploring humans and humanity.

Each artist has an individual approach to portraiture and they employ varying photographic techniques from traditional to modern digital manipulation.

Their photographs explore a range of styles from documentary to photographic fiction while demonstrating the potential for individuality in our species.

Exhibiting artists are Mark Leonard Watts, Amanda A’Hara, Amy Unkovich and Robyn Hoonhout.

In addition to the exhibition of artists work, members of the public are invited submit self portraits either in photo-booth, passport or webcam style to be exhibited in the show.

Photos can also be dropped into the gallery leading up to the show.

Opening Hours: 9.00 - 17.30pm Monday to Friday and 10.00 - 14.00pm on Saturdays.
