Get Up Go! is the newest theatre show that performers Neil, Joe, Chris and the loveable Dizzy Dog have created for kids and their families.

Their tour will celebrate the release of their latest CD.

The Funky Monkeys performed to over 350,000 people at live shows in 2007, while their music videos aired on major TV networks around NZ.

A performance of their festive song Christmas in the Summertime at the Auckland's Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park was also televised nation wide.

Energetic performer, Joe Monkey, says their Get Up Go! album offers children opportunities to use their imaginations, to learn about keeping themselves safe, and to stay active and healthy.

The Funky Monkeys will perform songs from their latest release, Get Up Go!, plus favourites from their previous album, Jungle Party!

I'm 5 and bananas make me get up and go but sometimes I'm noisey and my parents wouldlike me to keep going

When it's school holidays and we meet friends with children it is go, go, go. My youngest makes me get up and go as she wakes up early each morning while my oldest two enjoy a sleep in. I have to plan each day and with school holidays it is never a sleep in and we get going with events from morning to night when I flop down exhausted to get a deep sleep until I'm woken up early again the next morning with 'Get Up and Go Mum'!

two children under three, make me get up and go around 6am!. Once I am up and the coffee is brewed we are all set for another exciting, and fun filled day.
Stay at home mumming is the best job out :)

I need to get up and go to the Dora show- not quite the concert of my choice but the kids will love it and making them happy makes me happy!

My kids jumping all over me first thing in the morning tends to help me get up and go. But I sure would like to get to sleep in one day :)
