The Symphony of Screams are celebrating the release of their new album 'Heed to the Voices' with shows across the country.

Formed in 2005, each member of The Symphony of Screams shares the same passion and drive to write, record and perform original music that represents a specific musical vision.

‘Live performance is really important to us, we want to give our audience a real experience, not just play for them but give em a show!’ Says singer/guitarist Russ Hansen.

Thousands of Kiwi Metal and Rock fans can now attest to this after The Symphony were chosen to represent at Rock2Wgtn in March 2008, alongside legends Kiss, Ozzy, Alice Cooper, Poison and Whitesnake.

Heed to the Voices combines the melodic and the disturbed. Dark themes, complex riffery and beautiful vocal imagery make this one release the discerning Metal/Prog/Rock fan shouldn't do without.
